One point of contact We assign you a dedicated engineer to look after all your needs. This gives your company complete continuity and one point of contact, resulting in quicker solutions to your IT challenges. With one phone call your assigned engineer will call you back and deal with any issues. Should your engineer be unavailable, you will be contacted by your backup engineer who will have met you and your team, and will know your IT systems, and any current issues.
Regular on-site Maintenance
A regular visit will be arranged to provide maintenance and repairs. Regular checks
ensure your systems are fully optimized. It also helps find out more about your
business and what your IT systems could possibly do better.
