Simply fill in your company details and select either 5 or 10 hrs block on the next page and click the checkout button.
Rates: 5 hours £250 or 10 hours £500 (all prices plus vat)
The hours can be used via telephone support in blocks of 15 minutes, remote support in 30 minute blocks or on site minimum 1 hr and then in 30 minute blocks. You need to keep a minimum of 2hrs for an on site call. Once you have started using your time we will send you regular statements via email so you can track how many hours you have left.There is no time limit on the hours you pre-purchase.
