All our contract customers get extended guarantees included on all new purchases of servers, workstations and networking equipment. We will cover your vital hardware with a full parts and labour guarantee, meaning in the event of a hardware failure we will replace the part, and restore operation and it will cost you nothing.

• Workstation/pc set up as a Business Server: 3 Years
• User Workstations: 3 years
• Network equipment e.g. Hubs & Routers 3 years

In the unlikely event of hardware failure, one Phone call to Foxcom will see the problem resolved in the shortest possible time. An engineer will be onsite in less than 24 hours. 85% of breakdowns are resolved the same day. If parts have to be ordered, we aim to have the repair completed within 48 hours, and we will seek a workaround interim solution, to minimize disruption to your company.
