We recommend that you move office over the weekend to reduce downtime and disruption. Depending on the scale of the move, this is an example timetable for the move. As soon as the new offices are leased or purchased,Foxcom will do a site audit to determine the installation needs. We will liaise with the telecoms company to ensure phone systems and broadband will be installed in time for the move. A wired network should it be needed will be installed and tested well in
advance of the move the broadband will be setup and tested, any external email setting (MX records) will be changed Friday at 5.00pm Everyone shuts down and we take the network apartSaturday. The hardware moves and we begin assembling Sunday. Assembly continues and we check that everything is working properly Monday morning We have an engineer at your new office to deal with any issues that arise from users working in the new office
